hi guys i have a new c63 2013 still on break in mode. wondering what is the difference between the optional rear end. will my car spin from both wheels when floored?

I'm guessing you are talking about the LSD option.
Whether you have that option or not, when you floor it, the rear wheels should break traction if you have traction control fully disabled. For daily driving where you don't plan on pushing the car, probably never notice if it's there or not but drive it aggressively or visit a track, then it will help in the corners by allowing you to put down power.

stock rear end is an open differential and relies on traction control - cutting power, and applying brakes to the wheel spinning to allow power to transfer to the other side. The optional limited slip is clutch type and very aggressive. Traction control will still play a role even in stock form but works alot less since the mechanicals are doing the work. As mentioned you wouldnt notice in any normal driving other than in a parking lot with the wheel turned to lock and very light/no throttle you'd hear the inner tire scuffing/chirping or trying to spin with the limited slip. Any more throttle than light and either would be spinning and audible.
