Cool Question about Seats

Hello fellow C63 owners. I just noticed that under my front seats (behind where your feet rest on the floor) there is no cover to hide the various electrontic cables etc. Is this normal? I had the car in to repair the seats for a slight "rocking" motion when you first get in it. I am concerned that maybe they forgot to put the plastic cover back on afterwards? If you don't mind having a quick look at your car and letting me know - that would be greatly appreciated.

Mine are like this too and so I was planning to pop down to the local dealer and check out one of their showroom models just to confirm.
Would be interested in feedback from other people...

i noticed last week that mine are the same, and was also wondering if something was missing. upon closer inspection, it looked like they are designed that way, ie, even though there is a "lack" of a panel there, the edges, etc. look complete.

The dealer tried to fix it but it didn't help. They said they would need to replace the seat motor since it was likely slop in the gears for the recliner. I sort of doubted that and was concerned they would attempt to fix it repeated times and only damage my seat or interior. Long story short - I just live with it. Interestingly, some brand new c63's I have sat in do the same thing (slight seat rocking).

There is no "casing" to hide the underneath seat components, rails, and wires.
