i'm not even sure if this part is sold separately from the command unit but i'm looking for this part. anyone parting out or know of where i may be able to find this?

would the gps antenna off any other model work on the w204?

or an oem part number?

thank you.

This approach may or may not work for you but I once fixed the GPS in a friend's BMW this way. I bought a generic antenna off eBay for <$10. I ran the wiring under the parcel shelf cover and embedded the new antenna where there was a plastic vent and the interior parcel shelf cover meets the sheet metal. The car owner tells me the GPS now works better than OE and she's never experienced a hiccup or satellite acquisition issue since. An easy half-hour job. YMMV.

There are part numbers for the antenna, but there are variations and multiple revisions. If You can provide your VIN number, I can likely find the part. In general the part is around $320 at mbonlineparts.com.

my dealer was able to find the part number for me

20482065759040

also told me it was about $560. and 1 year warranty would only work if purchased from an authorized mercedes dealer.

The part is available at mbonlineparts.com and is $316.80. Site indicates list is $396.00. I don't remember which one, but they are an MB dealer. There should be no issue with warranty.

The part number you posted does show as the current part for a 2010 C63.

Regards,

Regards,
if that's the case, then that would be great. i think i'll shoot mbonlineparts an email and see what they say.

my dealership said i would just need the original invoice from the benz dealer.

hmmm... i just got the install price if i bring my own oem part... $1085 and 3 days... dang...
