Need advice on wheel fitment

I am considering ordering the above rims.

The sizes are:
FRONT: 19x8.5 +42
REAR: 19x10 +55

To put it in perspective, from OEM 18",
FRONT: 18x8 +45
REAR: 18x9 +54

The difference is:
FRONT: Inside of Rim will sit 3mm further in.
Outside face of rim will sit 9mm Further out.

REAR: Inside of Rim will sit 14mm further in.
Outside face of rim will sit 12mm Further out.

The front dont really concern me. I think 3mm closer to the strut tower is fine. And 9mm further out is also fine. I wont need spacers, and it will look quite flush.

The rear is what is kinda concerning me. 14mm closer to the strut. Thats 1.4cm or 0.55 Inch. Do we have the room? Bear in mind, my car is an Estate.
The fact the rim will sit 12mm further out is fine. It will look nice & flush.

Does anyone have any experience with fitting a rim of this size chat can chime in?
Will they clear the brakes?

Any advice would be appreciated.

The price is right, so i would like to get these rims.

Thanks

Those are close to the specs I am running with Michelin PSS 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear. My wheels are 8.5x19 +44 front and 10x19 +53 rear and I am lowered on H&R springs. The barrels will clear the brakes and so long as the spokes do and those look like they will. The rear will look more flush than the front. I can run 10mm spacers on the front but they do rub and made a mess of my fenders. A 5mm spacer is fine but hard to get the wheels on perfect so they don't vibrate as 5mm spacers cannot be hub centric. I think those wheels will work fine for you even on an estate. My fronts do rub the driver side inner fender liner behind the fog/head light area with spacers on. Not sure if it does that without the spacers. I do have the front alignment adjusted on K-Mac bushings so it may be that the spindle is slightly forward of the stock position.

Thanks Mort for your input.
Fronts in not too concerned, it was just the rears.

Your rear setup is only 1mm difference, and if you have no drama, then im happy with that.

Thank you

Thanks Mort.
But i notice on the 1st post, your ETs are approximations?

Did the rims not have that information stamped inside?

Your fitment though (what ever the offsets may be) looks perfect!

Mort wheels looks so sick with the CF lips! Mort, can u report on the CF finish durability?

Some companies will not disclose the offset for stupid reasons. But we can measure it on our own or guess the offset on how they sit on our cars.

Meng the CF finish is holding up great. A little nick in the clear coat here and there from stones. Otherwise they are perfect. A drop or two of clear touch up and you would never notice. You have to get really close to see them.

The wheels were not marked with the ET or disclosed by ACG. I did measure them myself and the ET should be correct with a small margin for error. I did measure them quite accurately but to get the ET you have to measure the outside width of the wheel (and since the tires were already mounted), I just guessed based of the stated width. My experience told my to add one inch to the width. So for example a 8.5" wheel is the width inside the lips and the mounting surface width for the tire. So add one inch and you have the width outside of the lips 9.5" or total width of the wheel. Place a straight edge on the rear lips of the wheel and measure to the hub mounting surface and you have the backspacing. Subtract half the total width of the wheel from the backspacing and you have the ET. If the backspacing is greater than half the width of the wheel the ET is positive and toward the front of the wheel. If it is smaller the ET is negative and toward the rear face of the wheel.

AMG893 those wheels look great. I love a 10 spoke wheel on the C63.
