I am in Edmonton, but I am just not sure about the tune. I am worried about voiding my warranty and having issues down the line. Plus from what I read P31 cars don't even benefit much from a tune.

Incorrect. My p31 gained power. It drivers better also, a tune does more than make the car quicker lol. Improved drive ability also.
