Quick question regarding offsets and tyres
I'm about to order some new rear pss tyres as I've burnt my new ones out from drag racing and doing burn outs
I'm changing to my new wheels and my rear size and offset is 19x9 +45
Will 265 tyres fit with no spaces and +45 offset with h&r springs

I'm running 19x9 +54 (- 10mm spacers) = + 44 w/255-30-19 & I'm very close to touching. So my guess is u will rub with 265-30-19 PSS lowered on H&R.

I am running the Pilot Super Sports 275/30/19 on a 19 x 10 with 52 offset and get an occasional slight touch when loaded. Going by everyone elses experience I should have no rub ever as car is not lowered. I would have thought 265 should be OK for you as you are using a 9" wide rim.
Try Tempe tyres for the the PSS. Got my fronts from there and the price was the same as Tireack once you take into account the Fedex shipping from the US.That was 6 months ago so anything is possible now. With only 2 tyres from Tireack you will have no import duty/GST issues and the shipping in my experience is very quick.

10.8" in your case
Maybe a bit wider on that rim
Your effective spacer is 12 mm
On a 9.5 it is 10.9"
So closer to a 13 mm spacer on an oem size tire
