I don't see why not because I use C63 rotors as replacement on my E63 Brakes.

You mean rotors + pads?
The front maybe but I don't think the rear will. As E-class (probably CLS too) has a different rear wheel assembly than the C. You would need the E rear wheel hub and/or axle I guess.

Which components?

The rotors are different in the rear.... fronts are the same.

Calipers are the same.

Pads are the same.

fwiw, i believe i bought e63 pads for the c63 for the front and they didnt fit.

I converted to the full carbon ceramic from the E63 on my C BS.

It probably was because the CBS has the same wheel assembly as the E63.

Dads also converted his sedan to carbon ceramics from the E63. He needed a lot of work and $$$ to do that though.
