2009 C63--2012 Headlights W/O changing hood?
Hey guys, total newbie here. Quick question. I am wondering, aside from wiring & the bumper, if it would be possible to fit 2012 headlights and still be able to close a 2009 hood. I know there would be a gap where the 2012 headlight dives down, but surely I could custom mold some kind of cool vent to fit it? It looks like the cut line is the same at towards the far ends of the headlights. Thoughts?
Just an idea.
Cheers!

You'll spend more money trying to get your current hood to fit than just buying a facelift hood.
I think it takes quite a bit more to get those headlights to work though. Hood, fenders, bumpers, the headlights (obviously, but really expensive), and I'm not sure how the coding works.

It kind of looks like you can fit the FL headlights with the pre-FL bumper but I wouldn't bet on it. Plus the headlight retrofit could be a nightmare to achieve if you don't have coding ability.

It would be cheaper to trade your car and buy a 2012+.
