I dont understand.... It really did remap my trans as well as change my power band.
I gained about 30hp through the power band and added about 10 hp on top vs stock. Combined with the trans changes, the difference is absolutely worth the $800 I paid for it.

New information: Anyone interested in purchasing my car instead of taking over my lease can do so at my current payoff price of $67,583.66.

It appears money will be lost on this transaction
What baffles me is the reason; to buy a boat
A boat is a dubious investment
It's one thing to buy one to use, another as an investment
You know the standard jokes
A boat is a hole in the water that you throw money into
The 2 happiest days of ownership
The day you buy
The day you sell
It's a very nice car and a good deal for the right buyer
Hopefully the seller has thought this through

Just a quick question:
I understand that the reason you put down $12k in cash was to keep the monthly payment manageable...but if you had $12k in cash available, couldn't you have just kept that in the bank, put down as little as possible upfront and used that $12k toward the difference in each monthly payment?

Money in the bank earns less interest than the interest on most leases. Some people actually pay the full lease up front and save all the interest. The only issue is you need to make sure your insurance is set up to fully compensate you if the car is totaled; it can be difficult to get gap insurance if no payments are being made. Some people have other reasons for paying in full or in part up front having to do with tax and legal situations.

Someone asked me about transferring the prepaid maintenance package, so I thought I would post my findings:
Looks like it is transferrable to the next owner!

Lets make a deal!

Decided to not charge a downpayment in order to move this process along! I will also pay all fees associated with the transfer paperwork! Lets make a deal!

I am no longer asking for a downpayment and I will still pay all of the paperwork transfer fees! Who wants it? I can't make it any more affordable than this!
