When I bought my C63 I knew I had to get rid of all the chrome it was almost a deal breaker for me. That thing looked like a disco ball on four wheels.

I wrapped all the trim and pieces with 3M scotchprint wrap including upper door handles, trunk trim, trunk star, hood emblem, window trim, fog light trim, grill and star.

What still bugged me were the trim inside the head light below the eyelid and the exhaust tips. I had to paint them, wrap was not really going to hold up IMO.
The hardest was the trim inside the headlights. The lights had to be opened up in order get it painted.

Very clean looking ! The only thing I would have kept is the front badge, the rest is spot on.

I have to say, mercedes is the only brand Chrome seems fitting on. My S4 had Chrome (I bailed on the black optic package) and it looked goofy.

But, an all blacked out AMG is always glorious. Very very good looking ride!

Niche Targa M129 cast monoblock. The offset is just perfect and not too expensive.

I used a heat gun and went around the seam to open them up.
Wife didn't let me use the oven.

Is it condensation at the left corner? I'm too afraid to open my headlight from that reason.

There is no condensation. Ran it through rain and car washes.

front: 245/35-17
rear: 275/30-17
lowered on H&R springs and 17mm coil spring shims for the rear. instead of the 13mm which are installed from facory.
