Anyone have just headers?
Thinking about maybe skipping the tune, and getting a solid set of headers. How much power can i pick up off them? Or is a tune a must?

When you install headers you need a tune that goes with them. Otherwise you will run too lean and will also probably get a Check Engine Light. Headers will give you about 40whp (50 hp crank) on top of what a tune will give you without headers.

Completely agree and confirmed. You will very disappointed without a tune. And, very well may be bugging your car too!! The CEL will start driving you crazy and it may not drive as smoothly as you'd like.
If you are worried about someone detecting a tune, get it loaded on a Genius and you can swap back to stock file if you need to. If it's a financial thing, spend the money on a tune first. Then build your wallet back up to the headers. You will be happy with just the tune in the mean time.
But do not mistake any of us, you do not want to run LTH without a tune.

Pretty sure jordanaf meant "without a tune.."
And really, the tune is the cheapest part of the equation when looking to add headers in the mix..
Ordered the MHP for mine, after two summers of EC tunes.
Just bought a new snowmobile, but wishing all the snow would melt so I can get ze German hotrod back on the streets, and out of the garage!!

Headers with no tune will make the car run lean and throw codes. So in short you will need one. I did headers, charcoal delete, and got a custom dyno tune and I picked up over 100 wheel horsepower
