plan on doing the FL tails. I know its no big deal but I just cant decide ... red has that OEM usdm look and the amber has euro look also matches the rest of the car ...











im leaning a little more towards red.

Are you doing OEM tail lights?

You are aware than the aftermarket lights only have LED turn signal and the upper and lower strip just use your old bulb lighting to make it look like its LED?

just got them. they do look oem from what I know.


one complaint tho because Im **** about my car and I want everything to be perfect.


first picture shows what im not happy about ..don't know if you can see.





the little indent on the light was little rough so it doesn't show red. ill try to touch it up with red nail polish mix with clear and report back.




now ... this is how they look. let me know if they look oem or not.














also they come with 2 big a s s resistor on each light . not sure where is a good spot to mount.


will post pix after install and park beside oems to check brightness.


so far im just over 300usd in... oem is about 500-600 usd plus 80 to code. so right now im still winning. wish me luck on install and outcome.

yes they are depos .. if they didn't look so oem I wouldn't have bothered. I found out there is a local guy who can code oem AFTER I bought these...oh wells..


going to prob mount the resistor on the body. not sure yet... ill install in a little when its warmer... I hate the cold

Ignorant question but what is the difference in the pre FL and FL tails?
Those look the same as what is on my 08

pre-fl = halogen brake bulbs + led turn signals + grooved surface
fl = led brake bars + led turn signals + smooth surface

ok ... sorry about the wait. reporting back. DCHL21 approve. 30min fast install. perfect fit. haven't compared to oems side by side but im happy with it. no errors and rear fogs works.
















good stuff for 2010-2011 s who cant get code via star.
