so just saw some 507 reps out in town for pretty cheap. looks nice but not sure about quality.
19x8.5+45 19x9.5 +45
im so tempted to get the polished ones on my white sedan, but I currently have a set of super mint oem 19" multis.
should I switch up to reps ?!?!??!
tell me what you think.

No way, why ditch the OEM Multispokes for the reps!
You will be fine with the reps, but you already know what you have are built better. This is more a preference in style. I like both. But since one is authentic and the other is a rep, it makes the decision easy

I was never a big fan of the multi spokes, but they look really good on your car (I'm assuming that's a pic of your car). If the price is right on the reps, I say why not?

I'm not a fan of anything replica if OEM is available.
I'm sure the replica wheels are fine, but I prefer OEM.
Plus, if you ever decide to sell them in the future, you'll get more for OEM.

I put Chinese wheels on my SL55 in place of the wheels it was ordered with. I regretted it, even though I hated the wheels on it. It was a stock wheel that came on the SL600s.

There are many levels of quality regarding replica wheels. They may look good but they could be made by "gravity casting" which is basically the cheapest way to make a wheel. This method is inferior to OE quality. I would confirm how they are made first, but as others said they are most likely below quality and strength of your factory wheels.

^^ well said!! Many think all replicas are made equally, or source their parts/materials from MHT.. Wrong!

Off subject. Have you had any issues with the P40's?
I purchased a set of 540R 3pc and they had the softest lip ever. I went over a small pot hole and dented the hell out of it.
But I noticed the P40's are forged monoblocks. I might go that route in the future. But for now, I'm avoiding their 3pc. Vince@HRE was helpful though

Monoblocks are the way to go, light & strong.
HRE 3 pcs wheels (like many other companies) only have the center forged, the lips are outsourced elsewhere like from MHT.
I never had problems with my monoblocks but always had headaches with all my previous multi-pcs wheels (leak). Never again 3 pcs for me, too much maintenance

Now I am not claiming they on the same level as OEM, but paying big bucks is in no way a guarantee to not have issues. Just look up cracked BBS rims to see what quality rims can potentially get you.

I've had replica OEM 19's on my car for many thousands of miles have not had any issues so to each there own. These 507 rims appear to be from the same manufacturer as the AMG plate is the same (it is a plate, not stamped like OEM).

I've seen those rims personally, not really the best quality; call me crazy but it just doesn't feel right, keep the multispokes! one of my favourite styles and set I also own.
