No C63, not even the w205, come with a DCT. The newest and also the w204 have the 7 speed MCT which is an auto box with a clutch pack instead of a torque convertor.

To answer your questions in order:
- no facelift models come standard with MCT (multi clutch) no DCT
- pre-facelift models have torque converter (7G tronic)
- yes you can retrofit OEM CCB ($20k for a base C63) or go aftermarket with racing brake. I think they have a kit for the C63. Along the $10-S15k price point.
What model year is yours?

Lol! First you don't need to post one line at the time. You can just write your text in one post.
Then as mentioned above no DCT for the C63 yet!
$20k for retrofit of OEM CCB because it is not an option for the C63 W204. Therefore you have to retrofit the CCB kit from the E63. And it requires some modification particularly in the back since the rear axle of the C63 (base) is different to the E63. If you have a C63 Black Series you might be able to save $5k off that price.
Oh and obviously DCT is better than MCT. Quicker and less overheating issue due to the clutch pack.

To Siemom's credit I remember when I was doing vehicle research trying to determine what I wanted I did read in more than a few online publications that the C63 was fitted with a DC gearbox.
Of course, it's not but some of the writers hod no clue as to what transmission came in the car.
The MCT is no slouch. The only drawback is when in manual there is a delay between the pull of the paddle and up shifting. Mine down shifts on the paddle pretty fast.
I recently ordered a Audi with their DCT. Wow, what a fun transmission in manual.
If the C63 is in sport + mode it's auto shifts are as fast as the Audi, you just don't have as much say to when as in the Audi.
