im ask about if i remove that cover its harmful for engine or not
because i have supercharge when i remove the cover air will enter and car will be crazy very good performance

If you're talking about just the carbon fiber piece with the Mercedes logo, then no you wont have issues and you'll be fine. It is just a plastic piece that cleans things up and makes it look nice. That cover doesn't do anything.
The gray covers with the K&N stickers will stay in place when you're supercharged. Those cover your intakes.
Hope that's what you're looking for.
