Picked up my new to me 2012 C63 P31 today
Thanks to Winkler!
I love the car so far. I will be doing an alignment and new front tires later this week. Its already Eurocharged tuned and is beautiful. White on black silk nappa with p31. I cannot wait to get her on the road and give her a detail.
Ill take some pics this weekend.

Thanks for the welcome. I like this car a lot. It is very visceral and mean when needed but nice and civilized when driven calmly. I may straight pipe the 2nd cats and then tint and suspension. Its very different than my B8 s4 was fully modded.

How do you feel about just H&R springs on the C63? I had my b8 s4 setup with just those and a bunch of other suspension mods. Should I do the springs or save as much as I can for coilovers? If the springs wont ruin the struts I wouldnt mind going that route. Also is that padding you have listed with you springs? and finally whats the best place to order the springs if I go that route?

i did just springs in both my 09 sedan and my 13 coupe. on the coupe they feel a bit soft but i like the ride height and am not going to change them out for coilovers. Vivid is ok on pricing. Tirerack is about the same maybe $3 more but usually offer free shipping.

I love my h&r springs, they are low maintenance as opposed to Coilovers. No squeak, no adjustment needed, no pull (never did an alignment) & cheap mod.
I had them on my car for 4 years no problem.. But keep in mind I don't drive my car a lot, so maybe on the car for 10k km.
The thicker spring pads is to raise the rear a bit (17mm vs oem 13mm). U can buy cheap at the dealership for like 20$/pair.
Any H&R distributors sells them from 275$-350$ like Tirerack , I got mine from FX auto design.

I drive this car daily. I plan on putting 15-17k miles a year will H&R springs last without blowing shock out?
