Opinion on these Rims needed [PICS]
Hi all
I have an opportunity to buy a set of these wheels (new, not used)
I am only posting pics of them on this E63 as an example of them on a car as i have yet to see them on a C63.
They kinda remind me of BS rims a little just not as polished.
They are silver with machine polish facia though.
Specs are;
F: 19x8.5 ET43
R: 19x9.5 ET45
I know aggressive at the rear. May adjust to 48 rear see how they look. But should be ok on 255 rears.
Anyway, thoughts guys?
Thanks

they arent offensive. but then again, they dont make me do a double take.
if i was buying rims for a c63, then personally, i would buy something that fits perfectly, and is high quality. i wouldnt buy something because its cheap.
if it was for a used $15000 car and i was on my p plates, then i could live with buying replicas or knock offs, but for a car that was once $170k, no

I feel your point of view.
But im not going for head turning. Want something OEM looking and i have yet to see these on a C63.
These to me are as close to BS rims as i can find at a reasonable price.
BS rims wont fit on our cars (the rear at least).
Anyhow just straight "looks" (nevermind the cheap price!) whats the thoughts?

so u want black series looking rims?
i went to tempe tyres site and looked teh benz rims up
http://www.tempetyres.com.au/wheels....CD=&Staggered=
again, i dont think they are offensive, they look ok, i prefer the 507 rims though, or just the multispokes

I had a look a tempe website.
Nothing there takes my fancy.
507 rims in silver (i am looking for silver rims) would be great but too $$.
The copy ones of those in real life i am not a fan of.
I am leaning towards these rims (original post) just need some peeps to chime in so i can get a general consensus

personally i dont like it. doesnt look good on the E, wont look good on the C. waste of money for something that will just give you a new look. do more research mate. tempe has limited stocks, not to mention bad service. try fawkner tyres in Vic, Ozzy tyres Syd, Wheelworx, F1 Wheels or even go directly to TSW in Castle HIll. too many options to settle for those set imo.
