Almost always. Unless im on the freeway and then I use one of the auto modes that can kick down quicker and call upon the Hand of God to get me moving at warp speed

Manual unless I have something like a drink from a fast food place or am on the highway for distance trips using cruise control.
Also let the car warm up in C

Same here...I am a huge manual transmission fanboy, flappy paddles, just feel like unnecessary work to me like I'm 'trying' to have fun. That said, I like it in manual mode for when i'm driving point-to-point and need to frequently shift gears for better car control.
Also...for racing or straight out acceleration, i find the S mode knows better than i do when to shift.

Pretty much Sport, unless in stop and go traffic, then I relax in Comfort. I like the starts in 1st in Sport rather than the 2nd in Comfort. I actually haven't used Manual that much. I should play with it more.

I only use manual/S+ for the twisties or on street roads when I want to do some obnoxious downshifting
I use C to warm the car up or in parking lots.
On the freeway its pretty much S.

ETA: I will use M to run the motor up to higher rpm's because I think high strung engines need that. The low revs in C just bugs the crap out of me.

Not if you can't revmatch.

Almost never for me. Maybe it's because I have a pre-FL and the shifting is soooo slow, so I just stick to S mode. Pretty much in S all the time. If I had the DCT, things might of been different.

I used to but shifting from 4th to 5th gear can be a bit hard/rough when still cold. Downshifting from 4th to 3rd is same way. Rather let everything get to temp first. Only takes about 5 min or so, also hearing the low/deep gurgles it makes in C mode always makes me laugh.

I've had the car for two weeks - so far, pretty much only S + although I'm in C initially until she's at optimal temp - takes about 8 mins. I've used M a few times - makes me fall in love with the car again and again in M mode! I can't imagine you guys that have headers/exhaust mods - I don't think I'd ever get out of M mode!
I have yet to use RS. For the 2012+ guys, do you guys ever use this mode? Is this strictly for launching hard and that's it? Any other purpose besides launch? (Which I never do).
