Ya, they have had it since May - wanted it way way way too much for it - they were asking 55k back in May and dropped it a few times, ended up getting it for 40k after they had it too long.
Absolutely love the car, it is a monster, sounds amazing, drives really well. Transmission is much better than the Audi S4 clunkbox DSG. Just no replacement for displacement - the smooth seamless power and torque is addictive and the car rides better but feels much tighter and precise than the S4 ever did. Overall quality is much better than my S4, car still looks brand new at 40k compared to how the Audi looked at the same mileage.
Compared to my 335i that is tuned, downpipes, intake, upgraded intercooler, transmission flash, it feels faster, not a lot faster, but it is so much smoother, the BMW is more abrupt and the boost hits fairly hard. Overall quality feels better on the Merc, ride quality is better, handling dynamics feel pretty close, but BMW has hydraulic steering, Merc Steering is very good and precise, much better than the Audi electric unit.
Seats I have not come to terms with, I am not skinny but not overly fat, everything I have read says I will get used to the seats, but it feels a bit weird with the bolsters fitting tightly.
Overall a better car than the 335i (and M3 in my book for what I do with it - E90 M3 would be tough to live with everyday) and much much better than the Audi S4, I think the S4 B7 V8 was the last good S4, the B8 and now B9 don't compare to the C63.
Will try to take some pics tomorrow when it is light out.
Best car I have ever owned hands down!

I had a 13' S4 and I hated it with the electronic steering. It felt like I was driving a corolla with more power. My s4 was APR stage 2 with all mods such as supensions/sways/drivetrain stabilizer/endlinks and etc but it still did not drive compare to the current 12' c63 coupe i purchased. The only thing good about the S4 was that i was quattro. lol

Ok, picked it up Wednesday, got a chance to wash and wax and take a few pics - love it every second I drive it!
