New guy
Been a BMW guy most of my life, currently have a full bolt on 335i convertible and had a 2011 Audi S4 for the past 2 years which is departing and has been replaced with a 2013 Obsidian Black C63, very excited to have upgraded to an M156 engined car, sounds sooooo good!

Beat it, new guy!
Only kidding. Welcome. Congrats on the new car. Any pics or details on your previous cars?

I'll get some pics.
335i is a 2008, intake, hi flow dp's, hpfp intercooler, mhd flash, alpine tcu flash.
S4 is a 2011, just an intake and piggyback on it, liked it, but didn't love it, c63 I think I love!
Have a 16 BMW X5 also but the wife never lets me drive it, it has a piggyback on it also.

Don't have the c63 home yet, 335i has loads of torque at 1500 rpm so feels faster actually but the c63 should outrun it in the 1/4. Will see when I get some time with it!
Thinking I will flash it for a little more power, maybe some spacers to help the stance, that is about it so far for plans!

Here is the S4 that is going away, the C63 that is coming, the E93 335i in and the Vulcan I can't afford that was in the Dealer showroom.

Looks like we have similar car buying patterns. I had an 06 Competition Pkg M3, switched to a 2010 S4 (liked it ...didn't love it)... and traded the S4 for a 2012 C63 Coupe. You are going to love it. I've only had it for 5 days .... but I love it.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the steering feel and handling differences. I also have an fbo 335i so I'm interested to hear your comparison

Welcome to the forum! You'll find it strange when you realize how this forum differs from the bmw groups.
Bmw fanboys - Everything not BMW suck!
Mbworld - we actually enjoy and appreciate all different brands of vehicles.

Similar path here. Had an 09 c63 with an FBO 135i as well. Got rid of both, had an RS4 in between, and back in a c63 for the last couple years.
Looking for my next stop though

That is great, as the price of 335's has fallen, the quality of the bmw E9x forums has gone a bit immature, so spend a lot less time there!

S4 is a good car, had it for almost 2 years, nice that it was AWD for the winter, but I love driving my 335i and I loved the test drive in the C63, the S4 just doesn't quite do it for me - C63 just the sound alone is intoxicating - can't wait to get it home - looks like Monday at this point.

Welcome! Interesting to see how many previous FBO 335i and m3 owners here like myself. I'd say first thing is get that secondary cat delete replaced with straight pipe. It was the first thing I did and sounds absolutely perfect! Anything after that, is how loud you wanna go!
Enjoy in good health!
