Are those Michelins? If so, are you still within the west warranty period?

Is it weird that I actually like the DWS' more?

I think that if you are going to run an all-mediocre **cough** I mean all season tire, the DWS is actually pretty decent.
But Im not much of a fan of the DW, for what they are. Decent tread life tho.

My all time fave was the Direzza Z1 Star Spec. I just felt like it told you everything that was going on and it was really easy to judge the limits on it.

These were the max summer tires and they were very good performance tire dry and wet.

Yeah, the ExtremeContact DW. I know a lot of people really like em, I just never really cared for them. I don't really know how to explain it in that they didn't do anything wrong per se, they either just don't communicate with me very well or I just don't pick up on it.

Not explaining myself very well, but for a tire with great reviews I was just kinda like "meh" and I have actually had a couple sets as thats OEM around here for CPO. They do last tho, as opposed to something a little gummier.

**EDIT** Im actually on a set of DW's right now lol.

Dealer here is kinda horny for Conti's in general lol. Ive scooped a few SportContact 5's after their driving events. I would prefer the DWs over those.

Yeah, the RE-11s don't even come close to that. But they can pretty much handle a throttle stomp off the line and hook up.

Wow, great life outta those contis! I had the re11's a few times, which is to say over a 18 month period, lol. Love them, but they wear way too fast for my street use tastes. It's not so much the cost as it is the inconvenience.

Michelin AS3. I got about 10k out of the rears before getting new ones with a wear warranty credit. Definitely not as grippy as the RE11, but more than good enough for me on the street.

Yeah, I need grip. If I have to refresh the rears every season, so be it...

You like it when that Camery pulls up beside you in the lane that's ending just past the intersection AND makes it in?

I fkn hate that, because that's my move. Happens all the time when still rollin' on the winter pizza cutters.

Hey can someone give me info on the Michelin west warranty? Do we have to register the tires when we get them? I've only been lasting like 6,000 miles on the rears. And that isn't SUPER aggressive take offs either.

Just go back to where you bought them. Also I've found that it's easier to deal with large tire centers vs small mom and pop shops.

Then I would contact your source. Not 100% sure how it works procedurally, but I would think whoever buys the tires from Michelin are the ones that would deal with the warranty.
