Look at it this way. Only 20k miles used. That $100k+ car has only had 20% of it's realistic low maintenance life used up. You will never find a CL600 with 20k for $20 or under. Anything close will likely have twice or more mileage. Yes there are plenty of cheap CLs out there. But VERY few with 20k books and records.
I would offer a bit less. I think it would be an excellent buy between $20-$25k.
IMO It's worth the premium for low mileage (Most of these cars have driven too far and have been neglected). Just check repair costs of the higher mileage units.

Thanks everyone...yes, it would appear that these cars are one of the poster children for massive depreciation. Thankfully tho we are in a buyers market still.
I do sorta stumble on whatever records there might be on a 20K mile car...other than oil changes.

Not so much the mileage as the age. Over the years Mercedes has done recalls on various items ie:ABC pump etc... You want to make all the re-calls were performed and that all services are up to date. Fresh brake and ABC oil etc.. For all you know the engine had major problems etc. Having all the records will tell you if you have a jewel or a Lemon. If the car sat and has not had the above services? It might be a car to pass by.
