ECU question

Curious if a ecu from a 2006 cl65 work in a 2006 cl600?

I can't think of any reason why it would work. So they have the same engine block? The two engines have different fueling requirements. I'd eat my hat if it did work.

The ECU hardware itself may work but would need to be flashed/programmed with the CL600 ECU file. If you try to run a CL600 with CL65 programming the end result would not be good (if it even worked).

Thought maybe it might work, I know on my mustangs I had put my cobra ecu on my GT and it worked and gave it better performance, yes ran a little rich because of the higher Air flow and fuel ratio but it worked pretty good.
