I may or may not get 1/4 times. Don't really care about them. I am sure I will strap it to a dyno though.
I have already paid the deposit for Speedriven and will be sending it out in late June. The turbos and LSD are being made now.

What kind of limited slip is being installed? Is a custom differential and axles being built to handle the goal power and torque?
Lastly, what is the targeted date of completion? Sadly, as you know, these builds don't go that quick, I'm sure there is a great deal of R&D to get there. Good luck with the journey, once you get a taste of the car you will miss her while she is away. Lol

Should be done in August. The LSD is a Quaife and the trans will be built. The car will be an under cover street warrior.

TCM on the Nag1 is going to be your biggest issue with the trans as you approach 800whp/800wtq. It's not gonna want to shift anywhere near the programmed shift points.
Who is building the trans?

That's why we're building the trans., modifying the valve body, and tuning the TCU.

Any mechanical advantages made to VB's can now be done via HPT, no?
I'll be interested in watching this, because as of right now, no one in the srt8 world has been able to make the Nag1 reliable above 800-900 TQ.

As to how that applies to the trans., I'll have to get with Marcin on that.

As far as I understand, the NAG1 (and many of the parts on the associated LX platform/s that are "Mercedes-Based") are typically built to a lower standard than the Mercedes/AMG components. I saw that at Renntech when one of the shop guys (Dave) had a Hemi Charger and we were comparing the differences.

Built Nag1 units, while each builder has "proprietary" standards, are pretty much universally the same.
The question is going to be the ability of tuning the TCM with the new HPT release and how it handles that type of power.
And btw, this isn't a knock, more of interest as to how you guys are gonna handle it. The new tuning has certainly changed things very recently.

Oem, yes, especially the clutch pak setup.

Preparations for new power. Installing a full radar/laser system with diffusers. I hate seeing her apart but my guys are doing a nice job on the install.

Owning a CL is much like owning a boat. They day you get it is one of the happiest days in your life and the day you sell it is the second happiest day in your life.
Good luck on the CL ownership journey. It's much like dating a supermodel with a crack, herion, and methamphetamine addiction. They look great, you know it's going to be trouble, but you have no idea what the relationship will cost you.

I am very familiar with the cost of repairs and servicing of the car. Knew what I was getting into which is why I chose the best example I could find. I plan on keeping the car a long time which is why I just bought $34000 in Speedriven goodness and another $25,000 in stereo goodness. I will be into the car WAY over its value but its what I wanted and regret nothing.

So a breakdown is:
Larger custom made turbos and manifolds
Larger intercoolers with BOVs
High flow intake
Down pipes
Killer Chiller
ECU/TCU
Built transmission
Quaif LSD
Lowering module.... I think that is everything.
