Rebuilt Front ABC Valve Block
On my 06 CL55 AMG, the indy MB mechanic recently placed in the rebuilt front ABC valve block that arrived from California re-builder (clean and re-o-ring) and is doing his best to vacate air from the system and calibrate using software. Non the less the dash message says ABC needs calibration or ABC system fault or whatever. The ABC pump, accumulators, and vibration dampner were replaced a year ago. There are no leaks and the height goes up and down to the dash suspension height buttons. He's been raising and lowering using his computer, but it's not MB RODEO. He's waiting on new MB software etc. and driving it around to purge air out of the lines. He had to add ABC fluid during this process. Any suggestions/input. Thank you.

Wish I could help, but when I did mine I never got any ABC messages. None when I rebuilt the valve block, none when I replaced hoses and pulsation dampeners. Like you, I'd be concerned there is something else going on other than air in the system.
