Mercedes clk320 1999
Drivers seat stuck

My drives seat has stopped going forwards and backwards or up and down on the back of seat the ecu clicks under seat but nothing I've changed both motors as was told that's what it was still not working can anyone give me some advise please

disconnect the battery for a while, after which get in the car and test the functions. When pressing the presents does it move?

I assume that you have checked the fuses in the trunk???

Thanks will look later as me being stupid have disconnected battery and shut boot and now can't get in as key not working in lock

Put jumpers on jump start connections in engine bay...that will give you power to the trunk release.

Am I correct from your response that you changed the motors prior to checking the fuses in trunk?

After reconnecting battery abs light and Bas eps lights come up when starting car and it starts miss firing and the throttle doesn't work right

All limits have to be reset..esp..turn steering wheel left and then all way right..then center..windows"roof...seats...move all way one direction..hold 5 seconds...other direction..hold 5 seconds

Throttle sounds like bad MAF.....all of your issues have been discussed many times with very complete fixes..use the search feature and you'll get lots of info

Thanks for help I have rest steering so those lights have gone out but now has a missfire
