Guys, I have a problem on my both driver seat and pax seat.

For w208, the seats should be moved forward a bit when folding them.

However, my seats have no respond with this but only the headrest move downward when folding. And the headrest won't go up again when you fold back the seat.

I have some clues for you.

1. the seats can be move forward and backward nicely by touching the panels on the doors.-->motors are fine

2. I have checked all fuses, they are fine.-->no fuse blown

Please help. Which part I should replace?
seat computer module? seat panel on doors? of anything else?

It sounds like both seats should be reset. You didn't mention it, but you have reset the seats, right?

I have tried the following procedure to reset the seats
preparation: keep the seat in normal position ( did not fold it )

1. moving all the way forward of the seat and hold 10seconds
2. moving all the way back of the seat and hold 10seconds

then I try to fold the seat. no respond neither.


or there is other way to reset? thanks

That's the correct way to reset the seats. It sounds like something else has gone south.
