Why brake cleaner? Don't use that for a gasket prep. There is a particular spray for that. Also, there is a prep for the RTV, but it's not that critical on the breathers (maybe if you were sealing an oil pan or timing cover).

I was going t use to clean the valve covers . Since it evaporates and leaves no residue. Would you happen to know the torque specs on the bolts ?

I'm stuck on pushing back in the spark plug wire. I was reading silicone spray will make it a lot easier to push the wire back in, is this true? If so, is there a specific brand silicone spray I should buy? Thank you.

It is just hard to do but you can get it if you keep trying. sometimes you can get a open end wrench in there and pop them out. Also the make tool for this and it makes the job much easier.

I think I will just get the tool. My main thing is the gasket . I am just going to unplug the coils from the harness and move them to do the gasket . This way I don't have to deal with the spark plugs . Once the gasket is done I can do the spark plugs

Honestly, I've never had issues with removing the plugs wires or plugs. I used pliers with a "loop" end to pull the wires loose, and a long wrench handle on the plugs. MBZ recommends against any anti-seize on the plugs or lubricant on the wire boots.
