Moisture in the mirror

I got rain water in the light of the passenger side mirror. How does one deal with this?

Only way, is to seal it on the top, and around the light lense.Or drill a small hole to let it drain out ..I know its a bit harsh to drill a hole but it will work. You see it may be condensation ,after sitting in the hot sun and then a cold night. And not the rain thats sitting inside. Nice car by he way.
