Yes that's right, you mentioned that to me. I forgot how my front hub looked when I put my new wheels on. Just curious, 10mm spacer has a lip for wheel to sit on.. but spacer will still be sitting on very little hub lip? I think either way 5 or 10mm spacer doesn't seem to safe. Now I have a fear of my lug nuts failing..

Update.. I'm still waiting on spacers to arrive. I'm very disappointed after a unsuccessful install Monday of the Renntech lowering module, rear lowered but not front. Friday I will be taking the car to a "Euro tuner" shop that claims they can install the module. I did get some satisfaction knowing that my rears wont rub after seeing the tire tucked all the way in the fender(literally 1mm of clearance) I think this is due to the negative camber when the car is that low. I plan on setting the speed function at 35mph so I wont get to bad of tire wear at higher speed.

bigigg, both front and rear look perfect.
Did you end up using spacers upfront and if yes which size?
What did you do in the rear of anything (fender roll, taking few mms from wheels' offset)?

Thank you Jett
Three.. used 10mm spacers in front. Rear fenders were rolled, but there isn't much of a lip back there to begin with. Combined with very slight negative camber when car is slammed, there's no rubbing. The front is the lowest the elm will allow,to be even with the rear it needs to drop about 1/4" inch. When I drive in sport mode I get a warning on dash that says "car too low". So I drive in comfort mode and put it in sport when I park.

Jeff idk man.. modding is becoming more stressful than fun. I admit tho, this car puts a smile on my face every time. We need to plan that photo shoot.

Hows it going? I wanted to know how you like the new wheels so far.
I saw you were cutting it close with fitment, Did you have to make any further adjustments?
We've got to get together for a photoshoot one of these weekends!

Everything is great, thank you. I have no rubbing issues, my only complaint is with the front.. I'd like to be about 3/8" lower to match the rear drop but the front wont go any lower. I like the look of the tire actually tucked in the fender. You can see the slight difference in the pics. I drive in "comfort" mode, but when I park I put it in sport.

I wasnt going to lower my car bc i have enough issues with these roads in the tri-state area plus i do a lot of driving. However you got me on my game. I didnt want to shell out the money for a module but i ordered links. Still deciding on a color to paint the calipers.... Im happy your enjoying your cls, you have really tied it together nicely. Cant wait to bring the cars together

Thank you. I know its not cheap, but I would def do a module instead of links. Having the option to raise the car at the push of a button is great.

Your certainly right! Links is the cheap way of lowering it. I only plan on dropping it about an inch to lose the gap between the wheel well. My dealership can be iffy about modifications sometimes, the links are simple enough to swap back to stock incase i need to bring it in for service.
Going to spend the saved money on downpipes from seller A-M? listed in this forum if he ever sells them to me
