Is 722.315 trans compatible w/ 722.351 ?

Exclamation Is 722.315 trans compatible w/ 722.351 ?
722.315 trans in 1985 300 TDT has blown B2 band. Can I install a 722.351 from a 1989 300SE into my 1985 300 TDT ?
