Hi Awesome People,

Long time; I had got a W124 E220 about 6 months ago.
The AC works, but the system is currently running without a KLIMA/Compressor cut down relay, due to which Ice forms on the pipes after usage of about 5-6kms on the highway, and it stops blowing air.I have to turn it off for a few minutes, and then turn it on to make it work.

Now the problem is, that its becoming really difficult for me to find a new KLIMA relay here,almost all donor cars i have come across, either have a broken relay or one that has already been yanked off the car.

With the current set up in my car, i believe the compressor is working continuously, which might lead to it getting bust; correct?
Is there any work around to make the system work properly till the time i get hold of a KLIMA relay.

Yes, thats the one.
The one on mine has Part# 0035455405
But that is not available.
I am getting 0035455205.
Will it work?

Akkizima i would not like to say.I would keep asking , you never know the part number may have been updated. You never said the year.

hi mate the number i gave you is wrong it as a number4 to many it is >0035455405 <

this number is the right one 0035455405 as you have on your car. Dont know about the other. I can see if my mate as one for you.

So i got hold of KLIMA relay for my car.
Not OEM but KAE brand, can anyone help with the AC wiring diagram for W124 E220?

Mercedes E220 Wiring Diagram . And you can find answers to all problems if you can use it .-Google that is.

My reason for "Specifically" is because the AC system is on loads of wiring diagrams---what is your electrical problem or what do you think is your electrical problem and I will check to make sure that item is included

Hi awesome folks,
I had managed to locate AC troubleshooting documents.
Didn't need them in the end, as i found a competent guy to work on it.
Fixed the wiring and installed the KLIMA relay, it works as expected, and i am a happy soul.

I paid $5 as labour to get it fixed(labour is cheap here)
