2000 E430- I left the key in accessory position for a hours and when I went back to car it was completely dead. I CAREFULLY jumped the car from under the hood at the POSTS and the vehicle fired right up. I noticed that the were many malfunction lights on the dash that were lit up (ABS, BRAKE, BAS/ESP, AND ESP/!) I took the vehicle on a test drive to see if they would clear but also noted that Speedo and Tach don't work either. Also fuel gauge is not reading problem. Need HELLLLLLPPPPPPP please! What do y'all think. Battery working fine at this point.

Disconnected battery for 10-15 minutes, reconnected, and all went back to normal. 😀
