front right (drivers side) suspension sagging?

Have done some research here but am unable to source the problem, about six months ago my e320 started to show that it was around 10mm lower in the front right corner, the other day i replaced all the springs with lowered ones. At that point i done an inspection and all suspension components seemed to be ok, the car has now done 195 000 kms on what i am guessing are the factory shocks, could a wearing shock be the problem? the car was also run for around 2 months with the sway bar link unknowingly not attached, could this have caused some sort of damage?
