First post - E320 owner for about 5 months
Purchased my 2001 E320 about 5 months ago (it had about 143000 miles on it now) and want to express my gratitude to this forum, there is a ton of good information here.
Things I have done so far:
-Oil change (shortly after I purchased the car)
-both cabin air filters and engine air filter (shortly after I purchased the car)
-Alpine 164BT head unit and adapting the steering wheel controls and keeping Bose (used 3 PAC adapters)
-new underbelly covers (center cover was missing)
-spark plugs and wires
-fuel filter
-sway bar bushings
To-do list:
-tranny fluid change (materials already purchased)
-sunroof maintenance
-dead pixel on instrument cluster fix (temp and clock)

be careful messing with the trans, some things are better left alone with that many miles on it. Thats from MB mechanic, dead pixel on instrument cluster easy fix just jam some cardboard or matchbook cover to make tight connections on ribbon cable. Dash just pulls out with 2 bent ice picks or regular pulling tool.(better)
might want to repack wheel bearings.
just did mine at 85000 and they were kind of dry
