E350 4matic brake caliper?
Hi, I'm a new member of South Korea, so please understand my poor english
Since 2009 year I drive my E350 4matic. In Korea, Mercedes supply consumable parts for 3 years as free. And more, the time I bought w211 is just before w212s launch, so they guarantee me to supply consumable parts for lifetime!
For this reason I never seen my cars brake caliper. When brake sign is on, I go to Mercedes dealer shops, just wait for my car and do nothing. Technician said 'Owner can't see car during service performing for the safety' so I can't.. haha
So I wonder normal front brakes are 1p? My car is just Avant-garde option, not a sport package or amg package. I searched many e350 4m, but most of them are equipped with sport, amg package
And one more.
I planned to change front shock to Sachs. I searched part number, and concluded 'Sachs 312 564' can be fitted. Is it true?
Unlike RWD, 4matic suspension choices are not many. So please let me know if 'Sachs 312 564' can fit to front shock.
Thanks, and have a good day!

The brake sensor will trigger a visit workshop brake indication when the pads have about 50% of the wear left. I found on mine I could go longer and not risk anything. In 135000 miles I never replaced a caliper but I did replace pads twice on the front and once on the rear.
IF you have airmatic shocks and go to conventional shocks you may get computer alarms so check before you make changes.
