2005 E320CDI Cigarette Lighter
2005 E320CDI cigarette lighter in front seat console has no 12 volt power with ignition switch on. No blown fuses in either fuse panel in dash or in trunk. What else can I check or what could be causing the problem?

Owned vehicle since new - just stopped working. On 2005 CDI fuse panel N10/1 is located in trunk and is a different configuration than shown. There is no fuse that is designated for cigarette lighter on M/B fuse locator diagram for either fuse panel N10/1 or dashboard panel, however all fuses in both panels test OK. Don't know what else to check.

I just looked on star wiring for the diesel 211, and according to the diagram f54a (15Afuse) on circuit 30 and f54b (15ampfuse) on circuit 15R are wired directly to your front SAM. Seems to me the MB fuse locator is wrong or star wiring is retarded....
question, you said no 12v power with ignition on, is this at the contacts on the cigar lighter itself or the connector behind the cubby?

I just went thru this, I had a blown fuse, the fuse for the front console 12 lighter is located on the fuse panel under the hood on the drivers side firewall, with a flashlight it was easy to spot the blown fuse, I believe it was number 54, it should be a blue fuse you're looking for.
