A couple problems I'm getting into
Hey guys, I'm needing some help with my beautiful 07 E350 with 68000 miles on it. Let me know what you think and should I take it to the shop ?
1. I notice some hissing sound ( like an air leak ) in my engine compartment when the car runs and seems like it's somewhere close if not at the Power Steering Reservoir Tank
2. My A/C system weren't cold enough for this summer heat so I put a bottle of this AC Pro refrigerant bought from Walmart according to the instruction which put it in the green zone but now every time I turn the AC on, the radiator fan runs at full speed which is really loud and I have never heard it ran this loud before.
Please let me know what should I do or if I'm overreacting

Yes you are.
Hissing sound often comes with low refrigerant and yes, working AC activate front engine fan. Should not be max thought.

How do you know it is full speed?
Do you have climatronic with LCD display? Those allow AC troubleshooting WITHOUT DAS

Read my question above again.
Do you have climatronic? If not, than getting DAS is your only option for troubleshooting.
