Yes - 450 and 320 are same.
Autosports catalog's item #s for Weathertech Cargo liners for 450 is 2513 and it comes in Black, Gray and Tan colors.
Let me guess you are using clear vinyl sheeting as a mat right now and the kind you have has "nibs" on one side to provide better grip. What do I win?

Is there a mat for the 2nd row when they are down?

Here are some pics to help people decide on floor mats. Please note I am not making any recommendations for any particular type of mats. I am just showing what I have and it works for me. Hopefully, this will help others protect their beautiful cars too.
I ordered everything from Autosports catalog and they are most excellent. Their customer service makes me wish that they had an MB Service dept Seriously, they are just amazing and it is very refreshing to find a place like that these days. Plus everything is custom made to fit the GL.
Car is dirty but I can live with it.
I have 2 Berber mats for my fronts (pic 1 and 2 below). They quality is same as the original mats but no grommets unless you ask for them. I am sending mine back for grommets. No charge for grommets and they even sent me a shipping label so I can send the mats without any cost. Notice how the driver side mat has a flap that covers the "dead pedal" area. Factory supplied mats did not cover this. Also the passenger side front mat is longer than then factory supplied mats.
The 3rd picture shows the 2nd row mat which is made in a "runner" fashion so it covers the hump in the middle. The fit is just perfect. In the 2nd row there is a slight bump on the passenger side right next to the hump. This mat has just enough room to accomodate that. You can get 2 piece mats from 2nd row just like factory supplied.
The 4th picture shows the "tongue" of the 3rd row mat which covers the entry area. This mat gave me the most trouble when I was trying to figure out what goes where. But once I got that figured out, I was amazed at the thoughtfulness. Again this is also a runner style mat as you can see in the 5th picture.

Resurrecting this thread as I lock-down on the mats I'm going to get. I'm leaning in the same direction as what you've got. Are all of your mats/runners the burber style? You note that the front ones are and the runners look like they are too, but want to confirm.
Thanks,
Voy

You know, I'm actually going to be out there this weekend with my family but probably won't be able to make it back out for the gathering. Would be nice to be able to thank everyone in person for the great info I get on these boards.
Thanks much for the invite.

I'm sorry, that's simply not acceptable. When you signed in to these forums, you agreed to travel at the very whim of every member of this board to whatever far away place they chose, just to twist your arm around patting yourself on the back for buying such a sweet ride. If you aren't there, you'll be forever banished to the "Failed to Attend" thread, where you'll have to spend hours looking at pictures of how much fun we had together, and just cry.

Steve and WS - I think we have scared Voy enough.
Voy - we are not that bad, really. Only Nevada Jack is an axe murderer but that is about as bad as we get

New Berber Custom Floor Mats
Hello All,
Just received these from Custom-Fit Auto Accessories. I had them make the MB logo a bit larger (6") than the standard 3" and they fit great. The original front driver mat didn't cover the left foot rest and the 2 piece in the second row that came w/ the GL didn't cover the center hump. The kids usually get out 1 side when I drop them off at school in the morning so it was getting pretty dirty not being covered. The third row fits very well also

They look great! I particularly like the contrasting dark brown color to the Mac interior. Keep us abreast how they wear through the winter.
