Replacing rear reflector
Hi there,
I am trying to replace the bottom right rear reflector on my GL-550. Does anyone know which bolts to remove to take the bumper off? I know there are two bolts on the underside to remove but don't know what else to remove. Thanks.

I replaced ours after my wife hit something reversing. It is held in by molded clips. As ours was broken, all i did was remove the broken piece and snapped in a new one.
I would say if you have the replacement piece already, just look are the back of it and you should see how to force the existing piece off to replace it.
The shards of plastic are sharp, so i would wear some gloves when pulling it off or be very careful.

GL rear reflector removal
Found this after a fair bit of searching...you dont need to remove the bumper at all!!

All you need is a 'long wedge' I found one for sale on http://www.commandonline.co.uk/Tools/ if you are in Blighty.

They aren't expensive at all.
Some of the online places had them for $34 if I recall. I think I paid $30 on either eBay or Amazon (for a genuine MB part). Bought mine a year ago but prices should be similar.
2 second job to change it. You need a plastic wedge. If you don't have one, wrap the blade of a large flat blade screwdriver in two layers of painters tape (or a layer of duct tape) so you don't scratch the bumper.
Look on the back of the new one, and you'll see how it is installed/removed. One end hooks in, then the other end snaps in. You remove it in reverse (stick screwdriver into the end that 'snaps' in, then unhook it)
