I hope someone can help. I got readings from STAR diagnostic for SOUND - Sound system and NAVI - Navigation code error which points to:

Code: D811 "Component is faulty or the lead has open circuit"

I am not sure how to fix it. I cannot find any helpful information on what should be done. Everything still works fine. I have no idea what to expect. Any advice is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
