which 18" OEM MB wheels fit a 2012 GL350 (for winters)

I usually like to stick to OEM wheels, since they can usually be found cheap used, and their offset, etc is perfect.

Discount has a decent looking 18" winter package for the GL, but I wanted to see what OEM options are available.

I think older GL's had 18" wheels, and perhaps ML wheels fit?

Thanks!

OEM is the best (and not always cheap). I'm using 18s for my winter set. Check owners manual. In mine it says what rims are available and what tire size should be used. I'm pretty sure you can use 18s from GL320 on your GL350.

I agree....I usually got OEM on my vehicles, when I can. It's a bit tricky find the 18's for the GL, however. 18's are a lot better for winter than 19's.

I got a set of rims for winter and Blizzacks from tirerack.com. In fact my MB dealer steered me this way too! The rims came with tire sensors and have worked flawlessly on my GL going into their 4th winter! Even MB dealers will tell you their wheels are overpriced... I bought 18's as discussed above - as a general rule, smaller and slightly narrower tire is better in winter. Good luck.

That's what I ended up doing. Rial Oslos wrapped in Blizzak DM-V1's.

TPMS intact, perfect offset. Cheap.

They are heavy as hell, tho.

BJ02 was your wheels OEM or Rial Oslos from tire rack?
