A/C Evapourator and Receiver Dryer
Hi all,
Previously I posted a thread about my A/C problem (Which I described it as temperamental A/C problem)
In short summary: Cool and dry A/C air only comes out when:
1) Driving on highway speed
2) Driving on normal speed but the car has to tilted at certain angle, mostly downhill
3) Car parked, the tilted down hill
Anything else: damp, smelly hot air.
I was going to try a new compressor but have convinced by the mechanic that it is not the case.
They are suspecting the cause is a failure Evapourator and Receiver Dryer.
But they told me it will be a big job because Evapourator can only be removed by removing the whole dash.
Can anyone with experience confirm it is the case?
Thanks in advance.
