Rear Door Unlocking Issue

Seems like one of my rear doors is having a hard time to unlock when putting in park. I see it moving slowly like it's stuck but when moving it with my hand doesn't seem like anything is jamming it. Does anyone else have this issue and know what it is?

GL550
LoL, I'm having the same issue with our 2010 GL550. I haven't "dug in" yet, but believe it's probably just some sticky linkage. I plan on tackling it in a couple of week during the Christmas break.

with the colder weather a gunky solenoid will start acting up / slow down.

disassemble and clean as needed

The underlying cause (weak solenoid) remains unchanged.
