It should; be blue.
Someone changed it to generic coolant.
Usually this is not a problem as most coolants today are decent, but I don't like mixing them especially if you are relying on their "Long Life" properties.
If it is not too low top up with distilled water, then change back to MB blue at the next service.

Your truck requires a specific coolant. The factory fill is yellowish and you are advised to retain color for easy visual diagnostic. You can obtain it from the dealer or from your friendly Napa store under the name of "zerex g-05".

Where did you get that info from?
I have only found references to the factory fill being MB blue fluid.
G-05 is a suitable aftermarket replacement. (yes, it is yellow)

I am about 99% sure mine is blue like my '07E, but now I am going to have to look.
(Well, at least it gives me a reason to go down to the garage and put the charger on the GL since it has been sitting for several weeks)
Not that it would be like MB-USA to put in a fluid different from MB-GER for no reason other than to confuse the market.
EDIT:
Went out and looked, Well I'll be damned. It is yellow.
Seems MB lied about the factory fill.
Guessing that MB-USA decided to buy Zerex G05 because it was the same spec and cheaper than MB-Blue.
