i just picked up gl450 used with 123k. What fluids need to change and when ?

Do you have the service history of the vehicle?

Engine oil and filter every 10k miles
Air filter and cabin filter every 20k miles
Tranny fluid every 50k miles (first change at 37-40k miles)
Brake fluid every few years

If you don't have the history I would do 1,2 and 3 now

All that information is in the manual---if you did not receive a manual visit any dealer and the service rep will gladly advise on all fluids!!

PS: Get off the couch and search!!

How about what type Trans fluid and rear diffential fluid?
