GL350 oil cooler replacement

Hello, all.

I've concluded that the oil cooler is dribbling everywhere it goes. 2010 GL350 Bluetec
So, any insight to what all I should get? Prepare for?
I've looked for a post about it, sorry if I missed it.
The guides I've seen on it show a 320CDI. That the whole intake and above is removed.
Is there a good source for a kit?
TIA
Clint

Search oil cooler seals leak om642.

Yes, the whole intake manifold needs to come out- the oil cooler and offending seals are underneath in the engine v. About 10-12 hours of labor if you know what you are doing. More if you don't.

Not my first time working on engines, but this particular job I've never done before. Going slow and trying not to break or forget anything.

oh, not thinking that this is your first overall rodeo by a long shot but it is your first dive into the om642 intake removal so... looking good

I can't imagine doing it on a Sprinter van... Is it even possible to remove turbocharger without taking engine out?

Forgot to plug in glow plug controller. Otherwise, it went smooth.

2010 GL350
I had enough of the leaks, took it in to my indy, along with that also replace rear struts and perform transmission service. This is gonna hurt, looking at around $2500. I'm at 115k hopefully will go to 200k without any other major works. I also replaced a dead battery last month. Can't wait to get my truck back, for 150 miles weekly commute one way, this truck still irreplacible.

2010 GL350
Wish I have the time to replace the oil cooler seal of my leaking 2010 GL350... waited long enough that it is now leaking puddles. Finally took it in to my indy, can't wait to get rid of the soil cupboards in my garage...
