Dissatisfied with HOI service
I know a lot of people here bought GLC from House of Import in long beach and recommended Jim Ononui. I did the same. But my experience with the dealership is really not up to par:
1. Promised 10% discount but ended up giving only 7%;
2. Not willing to help me get Mercedes United fleet discount at purchase.
3. Not wiling to negotiate on accessories e.g. replacing the license plate.
4. Called in to get help set up MBrace and got shrugged off
5. Called in to cancel gap insurance and took 1 month still not solved.
6. Never able to reach the finance manager.
Not sure what your experience is. But this dealership may be suffering from popularity syndrome

I had good service with them. Got my 10 percent off last month when car came in and I don't work for a company talked to him in his office in July about ordering told him member here and he kept his word about the percentage off. Only thing I asked him was for some kind of discount or throw-in on all weather mats he said no. No big deal.

Yes, I shouldn't have followed the crowd and should have bought through MB Long Beach.
HOI was not only irresponsive, but also dishonest by giving fake updates-- when I call in to check the status, they told me the request has been processed by Mercedes Financials , while I actually financed through my bank

I ended up going with James Reemts of Rocklin - he did have a car, he was able to get one in from another dealership, but the other dealership sold it the day we were going to do the paperwork. Nonetheless is honoring an excellent discount (which I am sworn not to share here) on a custom to order GLC43.

I pick up the car early/mid March and can report back then. He has been exemplary with follow up/
