Quick question about 140km/h on the autobahn .. Aren't you frustrated at the slow acceleration the car produces above 110-120 km/h ? Dropping to 4th gears gives some pretty lousy acceleration
When I had my old Q5 - that thing was a BEAST. Of course, it was a 2.0 turbo engine running on petrol and not diesel.
But still
Regarding the sounds you hear, I have to admit the GLK (also 2014 for me, 220 CDI) is one of the quietest cars I drove even being a diesel one. So I guess you got some issues with the sun roof sealing material - maybe it doesn't lock properly. When you examine it - do you see any height differences between the dynamic part and the fixed roof?

R U sure it is the sun roof? Most times this noise comes from a lose or badly installed gasket at the top of the wind shield. If the roof is out of adjustment and slightly depressed it could make that noise as it produces a sound cavity which generates high turbulence. Have the dealer check the alignment and height adjustment. At 130 kph (80 mph) it should be UN-noticible.

my car has the 300 hp. at the "S" setting it hickups and takes off like a bullet.
But at 40kmh over 120kmh, the cops will impound the car.
I will have roof inspected.

Pano noise
Check front top rubber strip above the windscreen. Many have corrected the noise by having the rubber strip replaced. Mine was noisy above 40-50 mph. Take a careful look @ the rubber strip. From the factory mine was about 1/2" short @ both ends. Pointed it out to the dealer:they road tested and then replaced with a longer strip. No more noise.
