I recently installed DRL's on my 10' GLK 350 and I can't figure out how to wire them since the manual is in chinese. This is the best wiring diagram I found https://i.imgur.com/VXsLEba.png, but even that one makes no sense to me. Like what is a dipped headlight? I know that ACC is accessory but I can't even find a wiring diagram for the ignition.

Just put the red on live + , any wire that have +12V when engine run.
The yellow wire is for dimming when headlight are on , is up to you to use it or not .

EDIT : Nevermind, I know what you mean now, i'm an idiot.

dimming wire i wire it on the small position bulb , so whenever the headlight are on , the led are dimmed.

I found live + at the fuse box , under the hood , and for the dimming wire ;directly at the small light .
Dimming wire need +12V to activate dimming .
